WALK-OVER KIDS PROCEDURE

If your child is enrolled in our add-on walk-over service, they should please report to the Fairview Clifton German Language School community room. A dance person will walk children over to the CCAC at 3:45pm. YOUR CHILD NEEDS to be on our list, so please do not send your child there unless you have done the add-on service. Please make sure that your child’s teacher knows that they are to be brought here. If you have any issues, please contact us directly at 513.494.MLCo (6526)…the front office has quite frequently confused us with the Rec Center and will erroneously say that we’ve already left or didn’t come at all, etc.

If you trust your child to walk over to CCAC themselves, please instruct them to wait at the CCAC front office so that the teacher can pick them up on their way back from Fairview with the other kids.

If your child is enrolled in a class that begins after 4:00pm, note that we DO NOT have a staff member on duty to babysit before class begins. If you would like to purchase the walkover service add-on, you must trust that your child can behave quietly and respectfully in the hallway by themselves.
